When Ashton Burkinshaw was formed back in the summer of 2003,
one area was missing from the complete property package and that was, sales.
We looked at this very carefully and wanted to make sure we did not go
down the route of becoming yet another letting agent that has tagged on sales.
We wanted to remain a sole letting agent specialising in this field alone,
something very few other agents can offer.
We have, therefore, created Sales Partnerships with reputable,
well established Estate Agents in the areas we cover.
The sales partners will then assist us and our clients in
recognising a realistic sales price. Ashton Burkinshaw will then
market the property to our database of investment landlords and tenants,
whilst the sales partner approaches the open market to maximize the
exposure to potential purchasers. The sales partner will then work
closely with Ashton Burkinshaw to achieve the quickest possible sale.
Using their skills, knowledge and contacts the sales
partners will progress the sale through to a successful exchange of
contacts making sure client, purchaser and Ashton Burkinshaw are kept
informed every step of the way.
