We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Lettings Manager to head up our busy team in Sevenoaks. The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, managing staff, managing administration, managing accounts, managing repairs and ensuring the very best levels of client relations. Duties include: Day to day running of the branch, manage the daily administrative duties, able to motivate and develop the team, to provide outstanding service to our customers, identify areas of growth and act on it, develop new business relationships To be considered for this position you will possess the following qualities: Must have a knowledge of residential lettings (or possibly sales), must have strong leadership and management skills, excellent administrative skills, has achieved ARLA Level 1 (or industry equivalent) and willing to work towards a higher industry qualification, professional approach and appearance, effective written and verbal communication skills. Hold a full and clean UK Driving License. Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, working some Saturdays with a day off in lieu the following week worked.
